Direct provider costs are billed directly by suppliers and paid separately.
Local draft mode: saving your inquiry records it into your browser's private storage only. No unapproved outreach is ever dispatched.
Scope, geography, availability, and a named human coordinator must be mutually agreed in writing before any payment or booking.
